Exchange policy

We thank you at LIYANA MODESTY. If a customer wants to return an item, they can exchange it but won't get a refund.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exchange an item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

Attention: The buyer is in charge of covering all shipping costs during the exchange process. On average, it would cost £7 to return and ship an alternative item.

As soon as your item arrives, we will go over it and notify you that the exchange is being processed.

How do i change my order ?

Once your order has been placed, there is nothing we can do to change it.

We will make every effort to accommodate a change in the mailing address after the order is finalised. We may not always be able to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
